We are certified Emergency Management Coordinators, Operations level Hazardous Materials Operator and Technician, Crisis Management

Arthur E. Gerringer is an internationally recognized subject matter expert on terrorism/anti-terrorism/counter-terrorism. Mr. Gerringer
and The Inter-Sec Group personnel have designed and facilitated numerous tabletop, field and command post exercises to test existing
security and response policies and procedures for a diverse set of natural and man made disasters for cities, counties and the military.
Mr. Gerringer and The Inter-Sec Group personnel have reviewed and written complete emergency management, risk analysis and threat
assessment policy, anti-terrorism plans and procedures manuals, coordinating city, county and State operations in the event of disaster
or high profile incidents.
The firm has conducted physical/facility and Personnel Security surveys/audits and vulnerability assessments for U.S. military commands,
U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Marshal Service, U.S. District Courts, non-FDIC insured banks in Texas, Community State Bank, Gage
LLC, U.S. Department of HUD and various other entities. Work performed has been classified or conducted under agreements of confidentiality.
Security of client information, security measures employed and reaction policies and practices are held in highest confidence and
not divulged to any third party. Mr. Gerringer and The Inter-Sec Group personnel hold a current personnel and facility and active
security clearance with the U.S. Government and regularly engages in national security investigations for the U.S. Department of
Defense, National Security Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency and other organizations. The firm has served as the Prime Contractor
for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in conducting vulnerability assessments/physical security surveys of twenty-five
agency facilities throughout the United States and Puerto Rico and for 82 Base Clusters/Bases under the 8th Army in the Republic
of Korea.
Mr. Gerringer and The Inter-Sec Group personnel have each engaged in the conduct of all types of investigations, including homicides,
narcotics trafficking, assassination, organized crime, white collar crimes, complex frauds, espionage, workers compensation and
other similar frauds, EEO, Due Diligence, counterintelligence and various other investigations on all levels of government and for
the military services.

Counterintelligence Special Agent, Deputy United States Marshal, Master Peace Officer, Intelligence Analyst, Operations Security,

Arthur E. Gerringer is a certified law enforcement and military trainer and has instructed thousands of personnel across the country
in a wide variety of topics. Gerringer and personnel have designed, written and delivered numerous training courses, both military
and civilian.
Arthur E. Gerringer has served as the Deputy Commandant of the Guard Academy and as the Asst Deputy Director of Operations and
Training for the State of Texas. Arthur E. Gerringer has also served as an instructor in various training academies, at numerous
private seminars and as an Adjunct Professor at six colleges and universities.
Most recently Mr. Gerringer and The Inter-Sec Group personnel, were the team of subject matter experts that designed and wrote
the Terrorism Investigations Course of training for the U.S. Department of State to be delivered to foreign national investigators
in the United States and at sites in foreign nations (ie Phillipines, Morroco, Bahrian, UAE). Gerringer utilizes various computer
and multi-media formats for the presentation of professional instruction.
Mr. Gerringer and The Inter-Sec Group personnel most recently participated in the train up of the 35th ID in Germany for its mission
in Bosnia, serving as certified Observers/Controllers in an FTX and CPX requiring injects of data requiring action in the intelligence
and counterintelligence sections of the Division.
