| The Inter-Sec Group, Inc. was formed in 1982 as a private research, training, publishing and consulting organisation.
The Inter-Sec Group, Inc. has provided training to federal, state and local law enforcement, to corporate personnel and
to U.S. military personnel regarding terrorism. The Institute has provided consultations, conducted threat assessments,
produced risk analysis, foreign country estimates and other critical information to corporate entities and other recipients.
The Inter-Sec Group, Inc. conducts ongoing research and produces many publications. The founder and President is a former
U.S. and State agent and military counter-intelligence agent, with over thirty years experience in the fields of terrorism,
anti-terrorism and counter-terrorism.
The Inter-Sec Group, Inc. is internationally recognized for it's expertise and is available to assist in the needs to counter
what represents growing threat to the world.
Gerringer is a decorated veteran of the U.S. ARMY, serving in Vietnam in the infantry and intelligence, as a counter-intelligence
agent, company commander, instructor and on the general staff for training.
A veteran of law enforcement for over thirty years, Gerringer has served as a federal
agent, state criminal investigator, chief of police, criminal justice instructor at several colleges, and an intelligence
analyst. He holds certifications as a master peace officer, peace officer instructor, military instructor, criminal investigator,
investigative and forensic hypnotist, emergency manager and intelligence analyst.
Gerringer is a specialist in public administration, explosives, questioned documents, and fraud examiner. For over twenty
years Gerringer has achieved an international expertise on terrorism and counter-terrorism. Gerriger has instructed hundreds
of federal, military, state, local and corporate law enforcemant and security personal on a variety of subjects dealing
withterrorism and how to engage in Anti-Terrorism and Counter-Terrorism.
Gerringer provides a range of training and consulting services to law enforcement, military, government and corporate entities.He
has authored five books, a training manual and dozens of articles in professional journalsdealing with terrorism, executive
protection and other criminal justice topics. A graduate of San Antonio College and Texas A&M University, Gerringer
has completed his masters degree at the University of Leicester.
